Our Attendant Services program ensures that aging adults and individuals with physical disabilities receive the necessary, ongoing help required to remain comfortably in their own homes, avoiding premature institutionalization or nursing facility placement.

Instrumental Support
Help with maintaining the household, including light cleaning, laundry, dishwashing, and managing essential errands to keep the home safe.
Nutritional Assistance
Preparing meals according to specific dietary needs, assisting with feeding, and ensuring proper hydration throughout the day.
Safety Supervision
Providing a watchful eye to prevent accidents or falls, especially for individuals dealing with cognitive decline or severe mobility issues.

Determine Eligibility
Contact HHSC, your Managed Care Organization (MCO), or the VA to undergo an assessment to determine your eligibility for attendant care programs.

Select HCU as Provider
Once approved, inform your assigned caseworker or service coordinator that you choose Healthcare Unlimited as your designated provider agency.

Begin Authorized Care
We receive your authorization, match you with a qualified attendant, and begin providing services according to the hours approved by your program
